Steep. Sóak. Exhale. Made with new mamas in mind, só sitz is a beautiful herbal bath tea created for those tender postpartum days when a warm sóak and a little time to yourself can feel like everything. Each tea bag is filled with sea salt and a fragrant blend of lavender, calendula, raspberry leaf, comfrey, chamomile, yarrow + rosemary. Steep it just like your favourite cup of tea, then add it to your bath or peri bottle. And while we made sitz with postpartum in mind, you definitely don’t need to have just had a baby to enjoy a relaxing herbal sóak.
