EMKAO produces premium quality, traceable and sustainable cocoa ingredients. Their beans are sourced from villages in Cameroon, Equatorial Africa, and they work with smallholder farmers to harvest the best quality of cocoa beans. Their natural cocoa powder is processed in Mission, British Columbia. After extracting most of the cocoa butter from raw nibs, the remaining liquor is dried and ground to a fine consistency. Good for your hot cocoa, for baking brownies, truffles, and much, much more.
