After retiring from a busy career in finance, Deb opened Deb’s Café in 2018 as a hobby—but it quickly grew into a thriving bakery with her daughter, Hannah. Listening to customers’ needs, they developed delicious gluten-free and diabetic-friendly recipes, leading to the launch of Deb’s Specialty Bakery.

In 2024, Deb discovered Sugar Free Please—a line of truly healthy, sugar-free treats—and was so impressed, she bought the business! Now proudly produced in Prince George, Sugar Free Please offers wholesome, crave-worthy products for everyone to enjoy.
