This much-loved Mushroom Rub is made with smoked chanterelle mushrooms that are ground up and blend with a little savoury, a little sweet, and a dash of heat. Add some sass to your chicken, cauliflower, potatoes, ribs, tofu, salmon, brussel sprouts… anything really. Just rub generously and fry or bake. The founders of Untamed Feast were taught to forage by their grandparents, using this knowledge to make mushrooms easy, versatile, accessible and of course delicious.
