Founding Alkeme stemmed from a lifelong frustration with the lack of nourishment in grocery store products. Instead of wholesome ingredients, Melinda and Todd Kopet found lengthy labels filled with additives and stabilizers, impacting health and wellness. As a gluten-sensitive consumer, Melinda set out to reinvent gluten-free bread using traditional wild fermentation.
