The salt air and iron-rich soil of Prince Edward Island combine to add flavour and quality to this cheddar. Based in Prince Edward Island, Canada, COWS Creamery produces quality cheese and butter and has grown significantly since its creation in 1983, but the same old-fashioned ingredients are still used today in the production of these delicious and premium products.
