It all began one cold and snowy Christmas back in 2013. The Floer family’s secret pretzel recipe, lovingly made every year (now with the kids), quickly became a holiday favorite to share at family gatherings and with friends. Over time, the compliments came pouring in:

..."Just bag ‘em and sell ‘em!"
..."Can we have the recipe?" – to which the family would just laugh.

Wanting to give the kids something special to build and take pride in, Those Pretzels was born, and they’ve never looked back. Now, every holiday season, the Floer family pulls out their secret recipe book from its hidden location, patiently waits for the elves to arrive to help, and stirs up a batch of Those Pretzels to share with everyone far and wide.

WITHIN CANADA: We can ship to any postal addresses within Canada. 

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE: We do ship worldwide. Please note that due to border restrictions, some products are not available for shipping. In this case, we will contact you either by email or by phone. If products are stopped at the border for any reasons, we cannot send a refund or resend the order. 

IN-STORE PICKUP: Free (Option available to customers with a billing address located in British Columbia, Canada)

LOCAL DELIVERY: $10.00 Flat Rate for each delivery to Vancouver areas. Once your purchase is processed our team will contact you regarding delivery day/time.
