Miguel Curiel, founder and owner of La Chula Mexi-Can Kitchen, was born in Guadalajara, one of the most iconic and cosmopolitan cities in Mexico, home of “Mariachi” and “Tequila.” After moving from Mexico to beautiful British Columbia in April 2008 Miguel is sharing his passion for Mexican-inspired food with his line of seasonings and rubs to create a one-of-a-kind Mexi-Can (Mexican-Canadian) experience.
